Most of the time I just remove ear wax from people's ears. Sometimes, however, I find more than I bargained for. This picture shows the filter from a hearing aid sitting just in front of the ear drum. I fact, I removed two from one ear and three from the other ear! Other articles removed from ears have been rubber domes from hearing aids, lumps of cotton wool, the ends of cotton ear buds and silicone ear defenders.
Be careful with your ears, what goes in must come out!
